I don't know what he is able to rev too, but I think he is shifting at 7200 rpm if I remember another video correctly.
I'd much rather have an engine that will pull me to 9000 rpm with that big turbo. You aren't gonna get a 2.3L stroker up to 9000rpm. A bored over 2.3L maybe, but not a 2.3L stroker
