Anyway, it is going to depend on the driver.....From a dig, the one who hooks the best and gets out of the hole first will win, plane and simple (as long as nobody mis-shifts).
From a roll.....60mph+, it will be extremely close....with my than likely the LS1 pulling on the topend.
In a dragrace (1/4 mile) its going to depend on the 60ft.
VERY close race and post the vid when it goes down.

The Evo's final drive ratio is around 4.56, so you have the advantage there, plus you have the AWD advantage on the launch unless he dead hooks which is rare for drag radials unless you have perfect track conditions, psi, and heat in them. LS1 Camaro is light in the rear as well. If he had slicks there is a better shot of him taking you on the launch. All in all, its a drivers race, you can debate this all day but the cars are so close it will be who can drive better to hit the stripe first.

This is going to be a close one..... You have a larger chance of winning the race though since its really hard to mess up a launch with AWD. If he didnt get a good launch then i would say the EVO. If he got 1.5-1.6 60ft then i would say the Camaro, but its really hard to launch a manual camaro and keep consistency. His setup is good for 1.6 60ft low 11's at 118-122mph depends on his car weight.
