yes, the main attraction was cut-out.

i'd never take a nice automatic lexus to the track let alone look at my opponent during one of the most crucial times of traction.

don't cry like a baby, look at what he did wrong and make sure YOU don't do it.

He should still be able to make a Collision claim with his insurance. He just needs to keep things basic - like I was just driving straight, kinda fast and I lost control.

I wonder if he was running any Nitrous. I have seen cars hit the button on the way down the strip and if they do it too early the car loses traction and for them it attempted to spin, but they were somehow able to let off the throttle and save it.

i dont know.. i have certaintly never been in a situation like that to know.. but it looks like he completely loses focus on what he is doing and just goes blank.. i saw no attempt at a steering correction at all.. he just took a really fast left turn.

sorry for the very late response...wow..just came across this thread...it seems like It was on every single forum...

yes, it was my car....

I had previously just run a 13.0 @ 115.6 MPH about 30mins before....car was running excellent...yes, I was running on street tires, on 19 inch HRE's....I was running on 15 psi of boost, which was roughly 440 RWHP....I had some BFG DR's at home waiting to go on the following week....yet, I never would get that opportunity...

basically what happened, I was spinning the tires way too long...and I did not let off soon enough to try and regain the car....being an automatic, a ****load of power was going through, and once traction was made, it hooked....I was just in it for the ride, and I am VERY THANKFUL that I had the impact on the entire right side of the car...

there is NO video that I am aware of that shows the actual "IMPACT" that is the only reason that this video posted does not include that footage, because it is non-exisent between my in-camera film, as well as the guy who was filming it from the stands who edited this video....

otherwise, I walked out and that is the most important thing of all......

and 1 year later, I got another IS300, swapped in the motor/trans/EMS, etc and building it up, faster and better...thats what you are supposed to do, right?
