The Buschur exhuast and IX's is a deadly combo !

Congrats on the 11's !

I had a customer who went 12.09 with similar combo - those IX's are no joke !

It's still race gas and makes a huge difference...usually .3s and 3mph.
so lets say i wasn't using race gas and i ran a 12.5 at 111 with a tune i will run in the high 11's...lets not forget i ran the 12.2 with a 1.8x if memory serves me right the x was a mid to high number... so with a 1.6/1.7 i'm going to estimate an 11.7 or 11.8 on pump gas.....with race gas maybe an 11.5ish

what worries me is having to shift to 5th....i plan on getting a exhaust cam very soon. are valves and retainers all i need to rev to 8k or maybe higher in 4th to hit 117 118 or w/e mph i may be at to pull off a 11.5-11.9 in the 1/4

every1 may not do a 50/50 like you did....when my car is complete and i want to get my max time and call it a day i can on pulling up to the track below the empty line hopefully less than a gallon left and getting strait 110.

Man reading threads like these... I was really set on an 8 and modding it but.... why bother when the 9s have so much potential. It is really really really worth it in the long run to pay that bit of extra cash.

I just hope used IXs are going to be around by the summer...

still doesnt change the fact that you did a 11.9 with minimal mods.
very nice indeed!

DAMN!!!! ur not hiding any mods are you??? i'm at a loss for words... don't understand, no conprende!!!! evo should be slower than that...lol props to you for getting that though!

You're about 30whp ahead of every other IX with your mods, which is already 30whp ahead of 05s with the same mods. This means you gained 100whp over stock with exhaust, mbc, tune. I usually expect/predict 60-70whp, so you're getting another 30-40whp from NeverNeverLand or something. What's sickening is that with your mph, you could be doing low 11.8s if you could figure out the launch.

Hmm, one more thing, your rev limiter must be pretty high, because you can't even hit 116mph at 7800rpm on that short 4th gear. You'd have to be around 8000rpm, or did you shift to 5th?
The script has flipped. Now ur the doubting Thomas.FWIW That trap is amazing and ur rev limiter has got to be raised.BTW Whose ur Daddy Warrtalon? Also Warr I thought u ran 12 flat at 113mph with 320ish? So can't he have 345 and trap 115mph and run 11.9? Maybe he can slam the gears faster than u and make up for his bad short time..
