1/4 mile record!

1/4 mile record!
I went to the Dragway today (family of 4) and now I believe I hold the record for 60', ET, and MPH . I broke in the car very very mildly as instructed by Mitsu, I've always used 93 Mobil/ Shell/ Amoco fuel, I have 1000 miles on the OD, and everything else was untouched as it came from the factory. I made 5 runs but I will only show 4 (missed second gear on my third run, totally my fault, not the trans). Also as a side note, I was trying different launch techniques and shift points to find the sweet spots, so they won't be too consistant.
1st run:
60' 2.002
330' 5.756
1/8 8.826
mph 81.64
1000' 11.480
1/4 13.690
mph 104.02
2nd run:
60' 1.841
330' 5.444
1/8 8.461
mph 82.56
1000' 11.092
1/4 13.289
mph 104.56
3rd run: missed second but still ran a 13.768@ 100.34mph
4th run:
60' 1.776
330' 5.406
1/8 8.410
mph 81.88
1000' 11.003
1/4 13.185
mph 102.17
5th run:
60' 1.742
330' 5.406
1/8 8.435
mph 81.21
1000' 11.058
1/4 13.261
mph 101.87
My day at the track.
Best shift points: 6800-6900 rpm
Leave the air filter in the factory air box, lost mph with it out. (possibly too much air)
I never power-shifted just shifted quick and I short shifted the 1-2 at 6400-6600 for best 60'
Spray was on auto (manual through 4th did not help)
Beat up on a modded WRX (13.28 @106, his best), Cobra (high 13's), modded Civic Si (mid 14's- 15's), SVT truck, Camaro's, modded 240SX, etc. but got ate up by a 500hp (stock looking) beautiful blue Cobra (mid 12's @ 116+) and a SVT truck (low 12's @117, claimed to run 11.97 best).
For a reference, I have been in the Drag Racing scene for almost 19 years so this is my thing. If I pull a half dozen 1/4 mile racing tricks out of my sleeve (keeping it stock and no bolt on's), I know I could pull a 12.99 at 106-107mph or better out of my EVO. Unfortunately, I'm not really interested in doing that anytime soon because I would like to try my luck at local Solo II autocross events.
I also want to mention that 5 runs isn't enough to test what the EVO (4G63) may like or dislike on a Dragstrip. From my track experience, I just had a little head start. Good luck EVO lovers.
Oh by the way, I'm no light-weight, 6'3", 205lbs.

AFAIK - www.pruvenperformance.com holds the record so far for the fastest Evo VIII drag run
But your times are nice to show just how silly Shiv's SCC "ringer" theory is !
Keep up the good work!

Those are awsome times. What was the temp, altitude, and humidity where you did the runs. Are you using water in your sprayer or washer fluid. It just goes to show that this car is going to kick the STI's butt.

It was 59 degrees, clear, slight cross-wind, and the track was at 600ft above sea level.

I can completely see how you ran 13.185 with my boiling hot car running 13.46.....especially since I ran mine to 7700rpm to shift, which slowed me down...... great times!
I may go to a different track one more time just for fun, but that will be about it.... i sort of like my clutch.
