LOL, DA is Air Density Altitude, it's a measure of Barometric Pressure, Air Temp, Humidity and Elevation. Not the Track Layout.

Since E-town is below Sea level and has Amazing Conditions 99% of the time is generally has a negative DA.

A better explination would be is the elevation of track "x" is 1000ft above sea level and it's a 90 degree day with 60% humidty the DA could be 4000ft, or the equivalent of racing on a 4000' Track.

E-town is an amazing track, your lucky to have it near by.

I'm not trying to be bubble buster but no way you pull 1.5 60fts... and its not mathmaticly possible that you ran 11.8's with a 1.7 60ft@90 some mph in the 8th..... with street tires...

I happen to be well educated in the mitsu drag racing sceen& performance/power need to run times your talking about along with a vast knowledge of all the contenders such as shop cars that are the quickest/ fastest out there right now... sorry to say i would believe 12flats but there is no way your gona pull 1.3 60 foots EVER the world record 60 is held by Curt Brown i believe 1.28 60ft in a 1g, which John shepard who we all know is the best/fast dsm probly ing the worldt thats AWD hasn't touched that 1.28 even AMS/buschur/Big AL/Curt brown who are all runing low low 9's or 8's are only pulling 1.4's & 1.5's 60 ft's right now with 900awhp to over 1000awhp With the best drive trains avalible, with the best DRag slicks avalible..... so unless your car has 800-`1000awhp with a pimp trany/Tcase/driveshaft/ Drag slick/small brake kit to fit slick over/
it 's not happening....

Did I read on another thread that you lightened your Evo quite a bit to run those times?. BTW, your times are pretty darn good for pump gas.

ahh not going to lie i did light car up but not to its full potental, i do have stock exuast on now. and front panels on and some other stuff, heat and ac and so one. with me in the car and more or less 1gal of gas in car at etown i weight in at 3080lb which is not bad but a lot over to were i was at befor somthing bad happen. so o well, also other mods have added weight to car. such as fmic was heavery. so i win some and lose some. but this was on pump gas for thoses time. and i have a thread somewere around here runing 11.8 at 115 doing 1.5 60 foot search around its there. and it has time slip and video, and that was on the stock clutch, also i been racing car for a year now and much launch it say avg 1st a week and all driveline still good.

1.5's are possible on the ACD transfer cases they are much harder to break than the earlier mechanical units.

With significant weight reduction and a 50 shot those times are definately possible.

Ive got 40+launches on my stock '03 t-case pulling 1.6's and 1.7's and using NLTS down the track with no problem yet.

I believe him on his times. He's about 150+lbs lighter then me, with about the same mods and I ran a 11.9@115 with an open front LSD, 1.72 60', and a 9.8 hotside. With my current mods which are similar only on 110 octane I ran a 11.68@119 so what so hard to believe?
