Willie Torres makes 10.78 on his Evo 4
My friend, Willie Torres of W-Autosports clocked 10.78 @ 131mph aboard his Evo 4. The race was held at Davao City, Philippines. Davao is considered one of the hottest places in the Philippines, with temperatures that can reach 38 deg celsius. He made that run on that temperature on a drag "street" and street tires.
