Atco time Slip. Please analyze!

Atco time Slip. Please analyze!
Ok. This is my third go at drag racing. I am happy with my results thus far, but I can not get past that 12.0 wall to save my life. I had plenty of runs on Saturday to try, but no go. Car is an 03 with a 20G9 turbo, 264/272, MR DV, Act street clutch, meth, upper and lower pipes, turbo XS intercooler. I run a UTEC so the tune is my own street tune. I was running pump/meth boosting 27 tappering to 24. I guess if I were to run race gas and bump up the timing and lean out the AFR's I would be into the 11's, but I would like to know if I could have driven it any better to get there. Thanks for looking.

Never dyno'd. My guess would be about 390WHP and ??torque.
I feel like I am shifting it as fast as I can, but I am not flat foot shifting. On this run I was probably shifting about 7400. I tried higher and lower all day with no better results. Clearly the 1.69 60 foot is decent, but it was a cold day, I had bald tires, and they forced us to go through the water. I think The 60 foots would have been better if all of those conditions were not present.

flatfoot shift the *****, your 330' is on the slow side, it should be a 4.9 which is the deciding factor on why you only ran a 12.044 (if you check out http://www.ultimate-cc.com/racing.html you can see a time slip of mine thats nearly identical, only reason your not in the 11s is the 1-2 needs to be a little faster)...

A 115mph trap indicates 360whp, not 390 unless you were trapping 118 on your other runs. You are making plenty of power, though. to hit 11s, especially with a 60' like that, but the shifting is the weak spot. Many people THINK they shift fast until they ride with someone else or see a vid of actual fast shifting. I'm guessing if you rode with Mike or saw an in-car vid of him shifting (or my in-car vid), you'd change your mind. You don't have to no-lift shift to shift fast, so don't be too concerned about that, but it CAN cut time off the ET.
Btw, with all those mods on meth with that much boost, you should make a shatload more power than you are currently, so you may want to revisit that UTEC tune. Have you not considered getting rid of it for EcuFlash, which you could also tune yourself and/or letting a professional tuner give you a drag-specific map? There are 05s and 06s hitting those traps on pump gas with stock turbos, which is the reason I mention it...

Do you have an in car video of you shifting? I would like to see it b/c I just do not see how I could do it faster unless of course I don't lift at all.
