az is terrible because of the heat. when i was visiting my car felt like a whole new car at night when it cooled off. i mean there was a serious difference in power

 

when tested by motortrend mag the 03 evo traped 13.8 ets. (forgot the speed). Those tests are done in the LA area with very exp. drivers. Now taking into consideration that this is I'm betting your first awd turbo car that is about the times that would be expected until you get proficient at driving it...you need to work A LOT on your 60 ft times. Getting them to the 1.9's or 1/8's. Work on shifting too.

 

My 04 with SSL did 13.3 stock with a slipping clutch and my neighbor with his stock 03 did a 13.1 first time out ( well, in Ohio mid summer that is).

Well To me that sounds about right if your saying that is bone stock. I ran 13.2 with an unknown tune and cat back(22PSI). So that doesn't count and my older sister car was stock and ran the same thing 14.2 98. And I can tell you I know how to drive. Then I went out to the track with the same tune with ICP full exhaust manifold and O2 housing no cams and ran 12.3 112. So you don't have much to go for that 12 second pass. Skip 13 seconds.
