i should be going back to the track this weekend so i will try launching without the two step and see what happends . what rpm should i slip the clutch at?

i dont know but i was running 8.9 all night and i asked him how he was running and he told me 8.4 but when we ran he ran a 10's

Hahahaha he prob. was lying anyways.. I do several taps keeping the rpms above 4500 and slowly slip away as the yellow comes on and BAM.. I catch traction every time.. and no lag..

And your 60's are what? 4500rpm is way too low, and there's no reason to tap. Hold it right around 5500-6000rpm or use launch control.
