Bad tune, boost leak, or bad driver? Or any combo of the 3?

Bad tune, boost leak, or bad driver? Or any combo of the 3?
I took my car to the track last month for some timeslips to see what she can do. To my surprise, I was disappointed cause I got a crappy time when I'm busting 1.8-1.9 60', slipped the clutch right and no bogs.
According to some online ET calculator, I should be doing low 12's whereas the fastest time I can muster was only 13.2 @ 107mph
What could be wrong here? Please help. Thanx
My mods are:
GSC 272s, Custom TBE (still on stock 02 housing and not installed test pipe), Dejon MBC, ARP headstuds, Exedy Twin, Defi BF Link Amber Gauges, HFC, and drop-in filter.
P.S. Mods, please move this to a proper location if I got it on the wrong place.

What kind of boost are you reading thorugh the whole powerband?, Do you have the timeslip? Your Defi should be recording the boost passes, play them back and see them.
With the mods that you have you should definately be in the 12's. The 1.8 60' is not terribly bad either.

i was thinking about your arp head studs? how were they install... maybe your losing compression in your cylinders. It happened to me, my car would lose tons of power after 4th gear. Also do a boost leak test, maybe something will show up there, and also how much boost were you running???

Your 1/8 should be around 83-85mph.You have mentioned that your test pipe is not installed. If you still have your cat converter that would explain it.Install your test pipe before you go back to the track and i bet you it will make a diff.

Your 1/8 mile speed is very weak indeed. Perhaps something is happening in third gear that is holding you back(early shifting, late shifting, slow shifing).
Before I sold my Evo 9 I do recall vividly that I compited at a local AWD vs SRT-4 shotout and I ran a 107 traps but with 12.6 runs(full gas tank, full weight and 910ct on Tucson). Another friend and member of the forum was also trapping a 107 on another Evo 9 but we both were doing mid to high 80's(mph) in the 1/8 mile .
I insist and reiterate that I see your problem in the middle. Your trap speed is inadecuate and weak.
How about your tire presssure, this is a theme often forbiden and understimated. A low pressure tire will give you a Ok start/launch but will rob you trap speed and will increase your times by creating extra drag and friction.
Do me a favor, please go and check your tire pressure and report to us your pressure tires if you can.

I still got my cat but its a high flow one. And ya, I really need to install my test pipe (and maybe get a 02 housing too). If it still doesnt improve, then there's a leak and/or lost compression.

Looking at your 1/8 trap speed, something doesn't seem right. What RPM are you shifting at. To trap 107 but only trap 79 in the 1/8th mile, something is way off. Either something is wrong down low or your shifting way too late. You should be shifting around 7000 - 7300 at the most!
