It's possible. Here are my times from my old evo and I only had intake, exhaust, flash, upper I/C pipe, BOV, and an Exedy twin. The car was full weight minus pax seats and trunk junk I was on a mix of 93/103 fuel.

Wartalon-Quit being such a Hater dude.. If you dont find it possible then dont beleive it.. Evos run different every where..!! There is no set standard that X+Y= Yada yada yada.. so please dont comment if your just gonna call ppl out cuz you beleive something else.
To the OP: I say you hit 11.5 with those mods but its gonna cost you some serious driving. I've got similiar mods and gone 11.8 @ 114 with some Pole Position potenzas.. on 92oct 24psi and staying in 4th on my MR.. "plz dont say is not true Warr, cuz only I know I didn't shift to 5th"
now before the cams alone I went 12.2@ 115 on stock bold Advans.. so I would recommend going back to 17's on your bold advans.. once on the track lower the tire preassure to around say 21~25psi what ever you feel works for you.. and go for it.. So GL come back and post times..
One more thing I have every mod you have except the clutch/flywheel

will be interesting to see what ur car does. i have a project 11.49 car i'm doing in AZ but i don't have all the parts yet:
cams, i/c, i/c piping, O2 housing, exh. manifold
if i can't run that time with the added parts above on 104octane Sunoco, i will then tune for VP Import 120+ leaded.
in AZ, a couple IX's ran 11's but they are were on racegas. 1 car was 11.72 @ 114 i think & the other 1 ran 11.05@118 but he has MoTeC in addition to everything u have...

with out weight reduction I don't see a 11.5 @117. With weight reduction great. As mentioned earlier spare removed a 117 at basically full weight I think it is at best a 11.7 at 117. Which is absolutely flying fast. However if you have little to know track experience I wager a low 12 is what you would get. Practice and you can really enjoy the drag potential of the evo.
