i think anything below 11.75 is dam fast for a street car so it will be nice to see us do it. i think we need to get rid of the 12's list & get everyone in the 11's especially since new cars keep coming out that will start to make us look bad if we don't step the game up.
in my case 2 my knowledge, there has not been an EVO VIII that ran 11's in AZ with the stock turbo w/out nitrous so my goal is an uphill battle. wish u luck on ur goal tho...

11.5 .... not a problem and not a reach.
I see 94 in the 1/8 on a conservative open track lapping day tune with stock clutch and snow tires.
I don't think you need all those mods to reach your goals. The exhaust manifold, O2 housing, aftermarket BOV, and intercooler pipes don't really provide anything. Even cams provide very minimal gains.
Race gas / alchy / meth, high boost, strong clutch, and an aggressive tune should put you right were you want to be.
Lastly I've seen multiple 1.6 short times and never roasted my tires. On the street they spin like a **** but at a properly prepped track even snow tires stick.
My rev limiter is set to 7800 and I'm bouncing off of it at the end of the 1/4.

Your times are not the norm for an evo. Most evo's that have similar mods pick up more then 22 mph's on the back half. And most evo's that have similar mods don't hit the 1/8 at 94. Your car is very very very fast in the 1/8 at 7.4 with your mods and "spinning thru first".
I don't think 400whp is good enough for an 11.5 with out some weight reduction and the 18's need to be very similar weight to the stock or that will be a problem. You don't need drag radials at your hp level. I would say with excellent driving ie.... a 1.6 60ft and banging the gears like no other I would expect a 11.7-11.8 at 116 to 117. That would be my guess.
That being said with a normal driver with similar mods I see evo's run mid 12's all the time. The driver makes a big difference.
