Spring rates and shock setup

Wanted to purchase some springs and shocks. WHat spring rates are you guys runing at front and back?

What adjustmests bound/rebound fornt and back

I have been looking at the OHlins.

Power is 680hp.

Im farily new to the evo drag race scene so any inpput on how to setup the car best would be welcome.

Its E8 by the way.

You mentioned you wanted to purchase springs and shocks. Apexi makes the lightest coilover, hence thats what most are using for drag racing. Specific set up of that coilover is more vehicle specific. Not sure what you don't understand????

I was interested in the spring rates and setup not the actual coilovers. A drag suspension setup wont be found off the shelf thats the reason Im asking what spring rates and dampening the drag guys are using.

this is why you bring your car to the track, and figure out what works for you.

pick the ride height you want so it looks the way you want, go to some settings a little stiffer than stock(common sense) then start running the car... try things, see what you like. keep your time slips and compare.

then you will learn what works for you and your car. he could give you his specs but that doesnt mean they will work good for you or your car. this is something you need to do yourself.

if you dont want to do this yourself you can hire someone like me, ill come out and get your car setup and running as fast is it can. you said 600+ HP? ill run some 9's for you and set it up nicely if you want. PM me.
