PIR no traction only around 300 whp

I took my evo 9 out to the track this last friday night and finally got to see what my new goodies have done for me. i put on ETS 3 in intercooler, piping, and intake got a english road flash and some 18inch TE 37s with not the best tires but full tread left. i am spiking to 25psi on 102 and holding about 20 the 2 step is at about 5200 last year before i did the above parts i ran 12.86 at 106 but this last weekend at PIR (portland international) i could not get traction. i still ran a 13.00 ant 108 but that is weak it had been raining earlier that day but track was dry i know it could be my not so great tires but i just wanted to see what u all had to say bout it and if anyone else has had problems like this at PIR.

It's still pretty cold here to be drag racing... most tires do not hook up good right now,on any surface..... I see it is a little warmer where you are though...

Of course, it could have something to do with your username
