1/4 MPH -105.34 -108.41 -108.90

Mods-
Buschur TBE w/ cat
Buschur Intake
Lower ICP
Cosworth Cams
Walbro Pump
Buschur MBC
Ported Ex Mani
Ported Int Mani
Ported T. Body
S.S. O2 Housing
Buschur Reflash

Torque- 310 @ 3300rpm Horsepower- 340 @ 6700rpm (Buschur's Mustang Dyno)

This is my first time EVER at a track let alone launching the car for real. The track is by far the worst track in ohio (la rue). I think that is some of the reason my times were so crappy although I'm not making excuses. I was looking for 115+ traps and low 12's. What is the biggest reason for my high times?? Crap track?,Bad driving?, Something wrong with the car?? I would try to figure it out myself but idk how to read a timeslip as far as what needs to be improved.

Driving style- Launch at 6000 (bogged a little) shift at 7k every shift, and ride out 4th til the end of the strip

i think some of it is obviously the track... i went to the track the other day and they didn't do the best job of cleaning it up... everyone on the track was running slower than usual...

No. That has nothing to do with it. Its your first time at the track and really launching the car, it takes practice to make perfect. You will get there.

Check the tune. Those mods alone with a BASIC flash should net you low 12's and at least a 110-112mph trap. That and maybe a bad track also

I wouldn't say it's your launch at all....you hit two 1.7's which isn't bad at all!

Even still, that doesn't account for the low trap unlike what you were expecting. The low trap isn't in your launch, it is somewhere else....slow shifting, car breaking up, etc....

Just keep practicing and if you are on stock clutch, prepare to order a new clutch...
