I feel that you have the most fun by screwing up and going and going over again. Part of the ride

My first run down a drag strip in any car ever was, unsurprisingly, my worst. Evo IX w/ a few bolt-ons.

13.337 @ 107.57 w/ a horrid 2.171 short time

Well, unless you count the 18.86 @ 61.5 I ran after missing 2nd and just coasting the rest of the way

yeah, i got 2 from july 27th last year. this is when i new i needed a new clutch.

first run:
R/T .314
60' 3.284
1/8 10.361
MPH 89.37
1/4 14.616
MPH 122.73

I laughed when i saw the slip......with my stock clutch i used to cut 1.7s 60ft.

second........and last run for the night.

R/T .245
60' 3.275
1/8 14.823
MPH 39.39
1/4 25.982
MPH 40.86

When i picked up the slip, they asked if something was wrong. I answered the stinking clutch is whats wrong.
i cursed the whole 30mins driving home.

oh well, all in good fun

Here is a video of my worst run by far, on my most powerful setup. This is what happens when you launch with the stock clutch with some decent power. I remember my first pass some 3 1/2 years ago, I ran a 14.2 in complete stock form. This pass was a 14.2 at 109. Enjoy. You can here it spinning the entire way down the track. Needless to say, my first pass was my last pass.

I remember a few years ago, we installed a new clutch and I took it out to a test and tune to try it out.
On the first pass I stalled it twice and ended up running a 18.9@144
