Much props to the guys in this thread who have kept their cool and responded in a way so as not to come off insulting people with derogatory remarks.
shows good business ethics and maturity..
namely Nelson, Ivan,06MR and Al.
Only included Al just because he isn't responding like the others. No doubt I'm sure this thread was made intentionally and he's got a hidden agenda..but at least he's not blatantly insulting people.
The truth came out as well...it started off not being about Brandon's ET...
then BAM....comes a post about him using Nitrous..
in the end I realize the true intent of the post and some of the posters in this thread.
so since the thread IS about brandon..let me say again..congrats on running the time. I'm sure you'll even better it soon!

The NHRA rule adaption on my part is because NHRA knows how the lights work and what is going to keep the timers from being messed with. It has little to do with NHRA and their rule book. It has to do with what works and what doesn't to keep the lights from being tripped.
Also, the NABR thing. There is actually a fairly small group of people there and even a smaller group of people who aren't coming. Most of them are running their mouths and have never been there anyway. So I am glad to here you want to run with that group Paul.
Let's see just off the top of my head from NABR, Shearer was banned but he was there at this last race we had, Shepherd was there, Kiggly and Daryl. I even spoke to some of them and said, "Man I didn't think you'd come, the whole NABR ban and all." They laughed at the clowns on NABR starting that crap.
BTW Paul, why aren't you running that Magnus intake on your car now? I see AMS's was on it and now Drivens, seems odd to me.

Funny how Dave Buschur comes in here quoting NHRA rules ONLY when he gets beat.
First of all mister bigtime drag racer, You are a hypocrite and everybody knows it. You quote NHRA rules, even though you enter your car into an event with no cage, trying to cheat the rules. (that makes you a cheater) which runs far lower than the 11.49 requirment and try to get away with it.
You come here and accuse others of cheating, and quote your time slips, which have never been proven in competition, and in order for them to be validated have to be backed up within a certain percentile ON THE SAME DAY. It's called "backing up your time".
You certainly talk alot of smack for a sore loser, poor competitor, and king of the one pass wonders.
When are you going to man up and come race me? Maybe you can man up and Race TTX instead? Or anyoe for that matter? OH WAIT you only race yourself. Very proud of you.

Tell you what Mike. The true measure of a "street car" is not in where you can RACE it, but where you can DRIVE it. You DRIVE your car at least 5 hours to the shootout and I will DRIVE my car from my house (5 hours) to the shootout and we can line them up on the track and see which one is quicker / faster.

Putting "closed course" in quotes doesn't make an illegal and bannable activity any less so . . .
Then you have the nerve bash someone for declining your illegal street race and challenging you to a real race on the track.
