There has been no point in power shifting if you can't go straight

We went to the track Sunday but had problems with the AEM so it would break up anything past 6000rpms

I have to power shift if im going to make this combo work. I can baby the 1-2 but need to power shift 2-3 and 3-4. brandons combo and these guys combo spool up much faster than mine. If you look at the log if i dont power **** at 10,500 i drop into vacum. If i do power shift i drop to 9200rpms

Hmmm..I would figure it would be the opposite. The 330' is the most important part of your entire run. If you don't hit the 1-2 fast you won't get a good 330' which gives you the killer 1/4 mile E.T.'s. I find it the hardest to keep the car in boost on the 1-2 shift over the 2-3 and 3-4. The bigger the turbo the harder it is to keep it in boost.

Keith is exactly right on this! I dunno how many times I have tried to explain this to people. 60ft.s are important, but I look at the 330ft. is more important then anything else. 80% of the ET is gathered in the 1st half of the track, thats where all the racing happens.
