Eh? It's pretty standard for the stock turbo. Mine peaks at 27psi and tapers to 17psi due to altitude. Dropping to 22psi is normal at sea level.

Try an electronic boost controller instead.

Electronic boost controllers do nothing for a turbo where the wastegate never opens.

turbo back, injen pipe kit, bov, thats about it.

boost will always tapper fast on the stock 8 turbo.

does weight ever factor in the dyno? like a reg track?

The INDIVIDUAL vehicle's weight is kept in the database assigned to the individual car. The weight used determines along with the aerodynamic figure, what kind of load and resistance the dyno puts on the rollers. This is why the unit remains dead accurate.

Every vehicle ACTUAL WEIGHT with driver can be used.
