I dunt know if this have been asked before, but I've serched and found cars running low 11's @114mph even 13's at 114mph (on the evo vs sti video here from nice1). Am I doing something wrong, I'm new to this and need direction.

Here is my times:
ET 1/4 12.4226
RT 0.7244
speed 1/4 mile 111.3026
60 ft 1.6730
330 ft 5.0753
1/8 mile 7.9381
1000 ft 10.3836

my mods are:
act clutch extreme
reflash
turbo back exhaust 3.5 in (no cat)
bigger ic
walbro 255
greedy pbspec II @25psi wich drops to ??? probably 19psi
stock turbo

Is this good or sould I be runing beter times, any help will be apreciated.

the car is running pretty good especially for limited amount of mods... i'd say give your car a real good diet and i see high 11's in your future...

I think your trap is too low for the mods and that tune. 25psi usually indicates an aggressive tune which should result in a higher trap with this mods for a 9. Maybe the timing could be improved, better gas etc. But in no means is your driving bad its actually quite good.

edit: I'm assuming this is on 93?

Your Post

Your doing very well, those Cheaper street tires are actually helping you. Why? they are slipping, too gripy of a tire on a drag strip in my eyes is not good, way too much shock for the AWD system, so the slip is actually good, it keeps your RPM's up and the car won't bog down which Evo do with grippy tires. I would love to see my car run a 12.5 1/4 mile, but my car is being tuned and set up for more of road course stuff, but you seem to have a strong car for sure, and a decent skill at the track, good job!

I would be happy with that I have the same mods maybe a little more....and am running only 104 mph trap with a 12.8 and a 1.78 60ft. My top end dies hard i attribute it to the factory ecu being messed up-JOEYD
