Mellon Tuning EVO 10.41 @ 135 93 octane stock mas stock ecu full weight

that's right, I hit the track again last night

video http://www.racevideoforums.com/forum...k-ecu-mas.html alternate link http://videos.streetfire.net/video/M...-93_195851.htm

Video with others from my forum:

RaceVideoForums.com at the drag strip ZR1 Sicgoat Civette Mellon Tuning EVO & more http://www.racevideoforums.com/forum...-evo-more.html

93 octane (no meth water or alk)
stock ecu
stock mas (still has honeycomb and glue holding it in)
BFG Drag Radials
no weight reduction, in fact I had some camera gear and a 30-40lbs of tools in the trunk. Minus the drag radials, this is exactly how I drive the car to work every day.

out of the 11 second club and into the 10's

60' 1.68
1/8 6.78 @ 107.66
1/4 10.41 @ 135.13

I only made 3 attempts and I called it a night, that's good enough for now I still didn't have my logger cable so I couldn't adjust the tune and it's pretty rich at very high rpm so there might be a little more in it with that and a better 60'.

I'll edit video tonight most likely, in car and out car

current mods:
BR HTA 35R .63 @ 34.5psi on 93 octane ~600awhp

PTE 1000cc injectors
BR 2.0L
BR Stage 3 head
BR BF272 cams
BR twin walbro fuel pumps
BR 3" tbe, test pipe, bullet muffler
BR 3" intake pipe + Mas adapter
BR UICP
BR Mini Battery
BR Race FMIC
BR COP
ARP head studs
PPI ported stock intake manifold
PPI 65MM throttle body
Tilton Twin Disc Carbon clutch
My tuning www.mellontuning.com

edit* my brother Turbomiketsi got me some info from the track website last night:

Mellon's was car #4

There's more in it on pump, new HTA86 turbo is on the way...bigger wheels and going from .63 to .82 Eventually I get around to higher boost and c16 and will begin the hunt for 9's

a low 10 should be attainable with what you have now. that is just amazing chris. congrats to you. a 9 will not be hard at all with the .82, bigger wheels, boost, and gas.

I never had a doubt about going 10's on the stock ecu/mas but definitely never expected to get anywhere near the 9's so I'm very excited and motivated. I think it can be done, that would blow some minds.

34 psi on 93 octane

Still baffles me how you see tune after tune on pump gas not even breaking 23-25 psi on this board. It's a turbo car... they like boost

Awesome times Mellon!

That is fantastic. Your new turbo shipped out yesterday.
