Thats the spirit, I would offer up but I myself will be staying at a Hotel in Indy to get closer to the track. If you need a recommendation;

This hotel is 2-3 miles from the track $70 per night.

Mike did you make it out from NY?

The event was a huge success the Q8 had 5 imports and 3 domestics, cutoff was 10.59 and top qualifier was a 8.90 !!!

Had about 130-140 cars registered in total.

Thanks to all our sponsors and we cant wait until next year.

Pat, the turbo blew up, The car was running pretty good before hand though.

The slips are in the car so idon't remeber the slip times, but the first pass it spun thur first and second so I just shut it down as I didn't want to get kicked out on a "bad" pass and costed to a 11.9 @ ~84 Still went 6.9x and I prolly shut down right before the 1/8.

Second pass the car came out much better and was clean in 1st and 2nd, she felt funny kinda surging or something in 3rd so I shifted real slow into 4th and just rolled back into the throttle to check the gauges, the boost hit then Bam no more boost and ALOT of smoke. I think she went 11.0 @ 114. The turbo ate itself. The engine seems fine even though everybody kept telling me I blew a HG. A HG would be cheaper, I have on in the garage, no spare turbos.

Sorry to hear about your turbo. Was that a BB turbo Mr. House? If so Garrett does a cart replacement for $600.
