We were proud to make the long trip and get to be a part of this event.

Thanks to David for the invite and we DEF will be bringing some cars next event. Congrats Em for you guys success and it is always a pleasure to shoot the **** with you guys. Going to be getting our shootout setup pretty soon for the end of the year and will be glad to have you guys down again in the Dirty!

It was definitely a fun event. Thanks for putting it on again this year Buschur and the rest of the vendors. It was good to see so many cars out running strong. Unfortunately, I had problems with the car most of the day, but it was still lots of fun. Congrats to all the winners and runners up it was a strong showing on all ends. Hope to have the new set up ready for next year.

 

We had a great time seeing everybody and trying to make some passes. After the first soft-tune pass (8.59 at 161mph) some sort of electrical problem popped up and we weren't able to make another clean pass. I changed the ignition system for the 3rd pass and then it blew the fusible link for the whole electrical system. From then on it would hardly run when warm. We did what we could, but just making it up to the line was about all that amounted to. Something must be shorting out hot, but I'll find it and be ready to rock well in time for the shootout.
