Great job Chris! It's been a long tough road for you. Your hard work, focus and driving got you there though! Be proud of it.

For those of you that don't know, Chris has done most of his own work. We build the parts and he installs them all.

Thanks for your support and thanks for proving me wrong on the car being able to run 9's on the STOCK ignition! Haha

Idk about granny shifting, but it was obvious you were lifting. great shifting in my opinion. Congrats on the time! Did you get a race weight?

Nice to know the black has that potential. Very nice. Possibly a smoother launch will help

Looks like MT Motorcycle Slicks. Hmm, maybe I should hang onto mine then.

^^ Sorry LOL.

Tires used were indeed Mickey Thompson 26 x 7 x 17 slicks (aka bike slicks) on EVO 8 rims. Car weighs in just a hair over 3000 lbs with me in it. I agree with the suspension comments. I have only run with the Apexi N1's twice and am still trying to get them all dialed in. I feel a 1.3 sixty is possible once they are all setup right.

I'd realy like to get an aluminum driveshaft from good old Mike at AWD and a set of lightweight 2 piece rotors for up front. I think these two parts will really help my sixtys and get the car out of the hole.

Weather looks nice for next week so I may try and head out again. I like to get her down to a solid 9.7 pass.
