How is vegas the strip about cages and such? I wanna make a trip down there sometime soon to midnight mayhem. I have a 6point in mine but didn't know if they cry about the 135mph rule or not like our local track does. (135+mph requires a 8 point roll cage) Let me know when the next midnight mayhem is jeff! It's only about a 10 hour drive for me and it's been awhile since I've been to vegas. Would love to come down and run my turd.

Never said a word about not having a cage to me dude.

I will be heading out next friday after work, its the next availible night they are open. I developed an oil leak at the mivec feed line at the head, and waited 2.5 weeks for parts from the dealer. Fixed her the other night with all new bolts, line, washers, fittings ect. We should bring our own VHT lol

 

Glad it's fixed, very odd problem. Let me known what you actually found.

I think it was the copper washers at the head combined with the oil filter. I replaced all of it though just to be safe, also put in some new plugs. Drove it 10 miles after the repair and its now dry... I need to get ahold of Doug and get it on the dyno, change the oil, TC, tranny and rear end oil before friday.

 

hmmm, that's the same weekend of the IFO event (sunday oct. 17th) over there. and the supras invade las vegas as well! Might be a fun trip. I will chat with a few of my buddies and see if we can make it.

I got an 8 point in it now, my local track *****ed at me for not having a full roll cage for going over 135mph. So it's all good now. I'll let you know for sure though!
