I dont like how people say the car is stock. The stock model of that car is the Mustang GT. Shelby modified the car and then sold it with there specific modifications to the masses. Just my view on things

The GT500 is a COMPLETELY different animal than the shelby GT, which is the one with the boltons. Shelby actually doesn't touch the 500, straight out of the ford plant to the dealer. I've done the PDI on a few of them.

Isn't called a Shelby GT500?

I've never seen a GT500 without Shelby

Sure it's called that, the name helps sell the car, Shelby has nothing to do with the GT500 other than that really though. SVT designed and built.
