I like the idea of E85, but we've been down that road and back again. I need a "normal" car. Something fun that I can respect and love, yet something that will take me safely to the Adirondacks and back. E85 and 9's are awesome, but... for this summer, I won't mind a nice 10.9 93 octane dd.

It's hard to know when to say when on these cars. It's too easy to go fast!

Thinking about tossing some E85 and a set of MandH's on it and seeing if I can run a 9 real quick. Seems like it would be pretty easy with this setup.

"Real quick"...haha...making it sound easy!

Very nice results as always, What radiator is in that car? And is it allowing more clearance or is that an illusion?

there's about a 12% variance from a dynojet to a mustang.. that said, 450whp isn't ALOT as you said..

whats making your car and this car mph high is the weight of the car.. regardless its doing what it should.. but don't confuse people that don't understand how much weight changes trap speeds..

for example if this car was 2800lb with driver it would trap 131mph.

that said.. the car looks very tastefully modded. nice power for 93oct.

curious if you guys have any write ups or guides on what you do for weight reduction, in a case like this. I can tell reading around, you guys really know how to lighten an Evo, that's for sure.

I'm interested in how you do it reasonably on cars like this one, that are considered a DD. Not having to make any sacrifices on utility of the vehicle, or the ability to enjoy it in a DD fashion all while losing a couple hundred pounds is very appealing to me.

I know there are some weight reduction threads i've seen. But they seem to be tailored specifically for dedicated race cars. Not very fast street cars.

thanks Emery...
