STM Evo RS 8.0 @ 182 World Record Video!
Here it is!! The video we've all been waiting to see!
The World's Quickest and Fastest CT9A!
8.094 @ 182.53!!
Last year when we started building this car, we of course set out on a goal to be the best we could be, but to actually see the hard work of everyone involved pay off like this... no, not even everyone involved. Whether you had a hand on the car or not, everyone supporting us, as simple as liking a photo or sharing a video or buying a gasket, every shop out there helping us with parts and knowledge, and every fast car out there chasing the same records is all in on this!
We would also like to note, this car, though heavily modified, still retains so many standard bolt-on features and parts, like the STM Forward-Facing Manifold, STM 650 Cams, STM Staging Brake Kit, STM Drag Brakes, Lexan Kit, STM-Spec D2 Coilovers. Buschur Racing head, block, ignition and master cylinder delete. The intake manifold, exhaust manifold, transmission, clutch, driveshaft, motor mounts, suspension, brakes, fuel rail, throttle body, hood, trunk, doors, lip… These are all things any CT9A Evo can run. Still all wheel drive, still a standard body, front lip to JDM rear. Yes, it’s awesome to have bragging rights, but in the end, it’s all product testing. What parts work and where can we improve?
A very special thanks to David Buschur and John Shepherd, and thank you, everyone, for your support.

Congrats!!! Amazing vid and pics too. Great job guys! I'll be sharing this everywhere.
Do you guys have a breakdown of the chasis build? I'm curious about suspension, weight reduction, etc.

Congrats! Nice to see the record back in the states and with a 5 speed no less. That is some serious ninja shifting!
The car looked like it was on skis for the first two passes. So much power...
