Hey guys, I need your help to choose some drag/street wheels tires setup. I have 2 sets of wheels. One is rpf1 17x8.5 wheels with 245/40/17 all season tires, I love that setup but car is spinning like crazy on 1st and 2nd gear, so my 2nd set is rota grid 18x9.5 with new 245/40/18 semi slick tires yokohama advan apex. Those tires does not spin but wheels/tires are heavy 45lbs per wheel compare to my rpf1 35lbs. I might sell the 18 inch wheels and I would like to get some 16 inch wheels with some slick or semi slick tires. Please help what size of 16 inch wheels and what tire size would look nice and clear brembo calipers.. I am also not looking to spend 3k on wheel/tire set up. Or should I just get some semi slick tires on my rpf1 wheels and call it a day? Thanks
