its my clutch that helps me. plus a little spin off the line is what i look for in a good launch wiht AWD. I'd much rather spin my tires than slip my clutch.

Are you guys running pump gas or race gas to run high 7's?

I have intake, dp, tp, cat back, 264's, walbro, ebc 20.5 psi, and a custom tune and was trying to get an idea of what my car is capable of running, but I'll be running straight 93 oct.

HaHa, spin tires, save clutch, =blow transfercase, I'd much rather use the clutch what it was designed for I pulled a 1.86 60ft time on the stock clutch and bone stock car with 1k miles on the car 8.62 1/8th mi 13.587 @99.59mi there is no compromise for learning how to properly drive your car, you cannot just rev to 7k and dump your clutch, you can snap half shafts or destroy your transfer case... anyhow just my .2

How did you hit 91 mph? Are you shifting to 4th gear, rev limiter increased to 8K, or larger tires than factory?? Just curious, because I am bouncing off the limiter in 3rd when I cross the 1/8th mile marker, I have stock size tires and 7850 rpm rev limiter...

i am bouncing off the rev limiter as i cross the line too. But my tires are not stock size. 255/40/17

im pretty sure that i trapped 91.3 that same night.

there's a thread a few posts down of me doing the 1/8 mile, and it's got a few videos too. The videos show my time and my trap speed. Also if you listen closely, you can hear me hitting the limiter as i cross the line.
