That turbo should make 500 on race fuel with the flash - max. Should be good for a high 10 second pass with a crazy driver ! That will be wild when we have the first reflashed evo into the 10's

PS - the MPH gain on the back 1/8 shows me with your time its a FULL weight evo and its pulling stong
Decent power considering you are still on pump gas tune and low boost

Don't you just love the easy of being able to guess dyno jet numbers, from across the country. And still be within a few hp, of what they should make compaired to the times they run in the quarter. With-out having to do some kind of crazy quantum physics

When the numbers on the dyno are high - you expect to see fast times a the track. Its easy to say I made this fantasy dyno number which I calculate off my head - much harder to run a good time on a track.

yes....i laugh when all these kits made bla bla bla horsepower. I haven't really saw that many kits actually run anything good interms of times down the quartermile. Like i told my friends...its one thing to make a evo run mid 12s...low 12s...shoot even high 11s as you can see by some of these great drivers going high 11s with low mphs . But to trap 120 or higher your either normally using (regardless of what turbo) a AEM ems, sheetmetal intake manifold, throttle body upgrade and no MAF. So i feel that me, slickmotorsports and dynoflash did something pretty significant.

btw AL...i really wonder how close i could get to the 10s. I am debating just getting the upgraded intake manifold for stock throttle body and getting the free race gas retune on my other ECU that you offered me in chicago to see if maybe i can do a low 11 to (doubt it but hey i can wish) high 10 at around what 126-128mph...with stock ecu between the hp gains on the intake manifold and the timing advance on the race gas flash...but even 500hp isn't really enough. I don't know if this turbo is much more capable as i opted for the smaller backside on the turbo which as you remember resulted in super quick spoolup.

Sorry to jump in,Just came off a slick HP program, and to pull a 3400 pound car to 122 mph you made 475 hp to the crank.....EXCELLENT...To pull that same car to 128 mph you're gonna need 550 hp to the crank, so factor 10-15 % for driveline losses. Those 660's probably wont get you to those goals,as im sure you know.Hey, congratulations man truely an acomplishment.Im a new crossover from the 10 sec 1G club and i know its a lot work.......Props to DYNOFLASH !!!! So far a month after my RS came to me i pulled a 12.52 @ 110.75......with Als custom dual stage flash and full stage II with cat..I will be joining you guys soon.....

It took me 575 whp to get into the 10's on my car - which IMHO would be pushing things with the stock engine

From my experience the 3037 would require 30 plus psi to make that kind of power

You may need a fuel pressure regulator also - which would require a complete retune
I am thinking of puting up a cash prize for the first one to go 10's on the Dyno Flash
On the other hand - maybe I will just put the Dyno Flash back in my car and do it myself!

Evodave,
How are you running below 11.49 without a cage? It would be fun to get my evo in the 10's but the whole cage thing is a little more then I feel like doing right now. Anybody have some good pic's of a EVO8 with a good userfriendly cage?
Al,
What do you think I could get my 3100lb (with me in it) RS down to using the BR440? Can you do the dual Flash with the 440?

I have not made a dual stage flash for it yet - but see no reason why I can't
