if you think that will be an issue at the hampton, we are staying at the raddison at the airport. you can meet there since we are staying anyway and have a reason to be on the property...
just a thought...

You do NOT have to come with me. Some people ask me just to do the best I can and wait. Honestly - I can prob concentrate more and be more focused without the customer - BUT - I really like the customers knowing what is being done and how the tune is set up. I think the best compromise is to have the customer come but try and limit questions to those related to the tuning and not bring up unrelated issues - such as "how fast is your evo" - or "how much boost do you run in your evo" - etc. I love to answer those questions - but its distracting to switch my train of thought when tuning.
I do the driving as its the only way I can "feel" anything on how the tuning effects the power and driveability.
Now - time for some more stuff I usually dont mention but since you guys have been asking so many questions you get some bonus info.
A lot of customers bring a whole "crew" of hangers on and on lookers with them. Back in the old days I used to sometimes have up to 5 people in the car watching and asking questions. Needless to say the load on the car is too much to get an accurate tune and its very distracting to have people there asking me questions about how fast my car is while I am trying to data log and aviod accidents and cops.
Therefore, no one except the car owner is allowed to be in the vehicle while I am tuning it. If you bring 3rd parties they will have to wait so don't bring them.
Finally, needless to say - do not bring any firearms, weapons, knifes, clubs or other illegal objects such as drugs or drug paraphenalia with you as it will all have to be removed and discarded before I will operate your vehicle. Believe me I have seen it all in my time tuning all over the usa.
Also - make sure your have a registration card and insurance. If the vehicle is not registered in your name bring a note with you authorizing me to operate and tune the vehicle.
Lastly - check your oil and tire pressure at least !
Thanks and get ready to have a lot of fun and make a lot of power !
