I PM'd Al asking him about my current situation and I know some other guys are wondering the same thing, so I'll share. Fuel Pump - extra precaution but not mandatory on lightly or mildly modified Evo's. 250-350 whp. You will need a reflash for this item though if you do decide to get it. Intake will also need a reflash. For those thinking about going the Buschur staged approach, (except you Steve), Al can do a single flash at any time to carry you straight through stage two. (This is why I'm torn between Buschur products and other ones) Buschur just seems so much more convenient and cheaper than any other way. In any case, MBC and exhaust do not need reflashes. I'm sure most of you are already aware of all this, but I know some of you guys were curious.

I have always read what al posts about the fuel pump situation, and it seems that its just a wise mod to add. Oh well this will be a great tune, hopefully i can have my cams and a few other mods in by then. But al tell us when is best for you.

I am assuming this dynoflash session will be for a custom tune ie $400. My car is stock so I am not sure if I need the custom tune. I would be up for a regular flash, if that is possible so I can avoid mailing the ecu. If I can do that I am there.

Another thing that I was unaware of was that each individual tuning session will take about 2.25 hours! I am surprised it will take this long. I basically thought he just hooked up his computer and bam. Test run, reflash, test run, etc. 30 min tops is what I was expecting. I am pleased to have learned that Al is going to be spending a great deal of time and effort on getting our cars tuned as good as possible. It also says that with the $399 price tag we also get a pre-modification consultation. Anyone know what this is about? I'm glad we decided on Dynoflash. One other thing I couldn't find - does anyone know what the $600 "Evo Ecutek Tune" is?

Al would you like to explain to everyone how payment methods will work and you can set a date on when you will come to Pittsburgh? Also tell us what kind of area you need to tune the cars on.
