You could get a date as early as May 13/14, or you could wait until June 24/25 (or later). Get those guys together, see which date you'd prefer, then start sending deposits. Once Al has 5 deposits, he will book it on his calendar and buy a plane ticket. All the weekend dates between May 13 and June 24 are booked.

I'm sure we would all be able to get tuned on May 13th and 14th. Hopefully Doug's dyno isn't booked on that weekend. I will see if these dates are ok with everyone else.

The 14th is better for me then the 13th as my day is booked on the 13th due to UNLV Graduation .... even the 12th after 5pm I could do.

Doesn't matter which day, M3THIS, because it would be a whole weekend event.
It also doesn't matter if the dyno is booked, because Al prefers road tuning by far over any sort of dyno tuning. Dyno tunes would be on a case-by-case basis - they wouldn't be the norm.
If you want the May 13/14 weekend, then you'd have to get the deposits in fast, because he's currently choosing between staying home for Mother's Day weekend or going to PA for a Time Attack race (Dynoflash customer is racing).
