With my set up do you sugguest running larger injectors before I upgrade to the HKS 264's? If so what size should I look into? My mods are; hks cat back, helix dp, hi-flow cat, dynoflash tune @AMS (fireball 3), K&N cone intake, walbro 255, upgraded clutch and flywheel, and greddy profec spec b and type-s bov.

Interestingly with my old turbo - 780 cc injectors - 49 psi of static fuel pressure I was at 94% duty cycle on the injectors with 28 psi of boost. With the new turbo I hit 100% duty cycle at only 26 psi and now have to upgrade to 1000 injectors which should be here tomorrow. It should be interesting to see what the air flow calculates to on this new turbo, its only rated at 30 more whp than the last one but seems to have much bigger lungs
What air fuel ratio are seeing at the 94% duty cycle on the 780 cc injectors at 49+28 = 77 psi of fuel pressure. From that number we can back calculate to approximate how much air flow you are achieving in lbs/min.

You can do the same with the new turbo and the 100% duty cycle at 26 psi and see how much more air flow you are getting.

Now I am running 44 psi static fuel pressure - 1000 cc injectors - max duty cycle 91 %

See how your math calclates and I will post the dyno sheet later tonight !!!

650/660cc are a good match for the 264 cams (check my sig). 20% larger than stock.
Put them in when you do the cams.
Then limp your way to whatever you can get retuned, and quickly.
You'll be OK in closed loop mode, but open loop you will go so rich it'll feel like the turbo fell off.

Do you have any idea how much power you are making? Our set ups are very close besides the cams that I will have soon.
