Lots of threads on this. You should find one when you search for it. I believe larger injectors and fuel delivery stuff is all. Not sure about new fuel lines as well, till the, this is your friend.

that's what I'm saying instead of reading through a million threads. Make a sticky topic on the definates. Then the Optimals. So people don't spend 30 hrs trying to decipher 50 threads into something useful

I understand that, it gets confusing to sift thru all those threads. Sticky is always a good idea.

Here is a thread I started, hope this helps you.

This depends on your setup, but with a stock turbo you are going to need a walbro pump, at least 1000cc injectors (I would go with 1150cc because you don't sacrifice driveability, but have room for upgrading) and a way to tune it. Of course if you are talking a bigger turbo then a second inline fuel pump with a way to regulate the pressure will probably be necessary.

I have a 35r with 272 HKS cams and use 1150cc FIC injectors, a walbro 255 in tank, a walbro 392 inline and an aeromotive fuel pressure regulator with an AEM to tune it. With all this I run about 29-30psi @ 8500 rpm @ 93% injector duty cycle with an 11.5-11.7 a/f ratio. Hope that gives you a baseline to go off of.

I love how the injector requirement keeps going up. It used to be 880cc max.

Well this depends on your setup (stock turbo, 35R, boost level), but the only reason you wouldn't want to go 1150cc is if you have a stock ecu and can't get it tuned for them. You might as well give yourself as much room for upgrades as possible.

E85 requires 30% more fuel. Adjust accordingly.

jeez. Whats the mpg look like? Informative stuff in here. I'm just wondering like the rest of you if it's really worth it for daily driving duties considering the decrease in MPG. It seems like it's great to track it or drag race with but for dd duties not so much.

The daily driving is the best part, feeling 30psi puts me in a good mood before work

Haha exactly, nothing better than 30psi and a fast spooling turbo for a DD!!
I get 19mpg and my cruising AFR's are 16 now.

My mpg are only around 16-17, but I could probably lean it out a bit to get better gas mileage. It isn't my daily driver so I don't worry about it.
