To many questions to follow. What size turbo, what dyno, what engine managment, tuner, conditions , ect. ect. ect. Please provide more details for the question to be properly responded to.

120lb=1260cc. Judging by the 1200s I have done, even with twin pumps you will be out of fuel with 12.0 AFRs by the low to mid 500s. 1600s (150#) usually are done by mid to high 500s with twin pumps on e85.

I am currently running 517 whp (Dynapack) on a single Walbro before going lean on pump fuel. Have upgraded to twins, but will upgrade further if thats is not enough.
Current turbo is a 3582R 0.63, but have a new HTA3582 0.82 which will be mounted.
Enginemanagement is Vi-PEC (dont see how a different ecu will affect the max output from the injectors)
Tuner is me.
Dynoroom temperature about 20 degrees celsius
I know that different engines have a different BSFC, but based on your experience, 120lb injectors will lean out at mid 500 on E85? I was hoping to break the 600 whp barrier....
Thanks

The Lucas 120lb. injectors have been flow tested by FIC at around 1130 cc at 43.5 psi. These ratings are similar to RC 1200's and both will probably flow 1260 approx. at around 50 psi I suppose they would support 500
Data borrowed from RC engineering site
Flow Rate - CC's:
1200 CC's / MIN @ 55 PSI
1090 CC's / MIN @ 43.5 PSI
Flow Rate - LB's:
114 LBS / HR @ 55 PSI
104 LBS / HR @ 43.5 PSI
