I've been tweaking the IPW Adder and the Primer settings. It seems no matter where the settings, the car still wants two cranks to start and it's only 45F.

Warm start and hot start are fine, as is cold start when 60F and above. Battery and plugs are new, and plugs are gapped close (0.018").

Supposedly running E85, acording to the station owner...

All suggestions appreciated!

Well, that may be part of my problem...

I'm "upgrading" from the 94170014 to the 96530706, while at the same time I'm upgrading from Tephra 5.1 to 7.0. Being on E85 may not help either.

I can't complain really. It always took two cranks to cold-start with the 9417, so I'm not any worse off. Its just that with the significant increase in definitions, I was just hoping to find some settings that would improve cold start with the 9653.
