e85 and nitrous?
ok i have a small 50 shot from an older project i was working on and my question is this. I converted my car to e-85 but im wondering if the mixture of e-85 and nitrous would be any different then regular gas? This may be a stupid question i just dont want to kill myself lol. If anyone knows please let me know so i can throw this on my car . thanks

I have always been told that NO2 just freezes the gas in the combustion chamber to make it more dense with allows for more combustion, It doesn't get more air into the engine.
I got a question though, will E85 do anything for an 04 lancer ralliart NA?

Nitrous is N20, the oxygen molecule is a third of the mass and disassociates from the nitrogen above 580*F. More oxygen is more power as long as there is fuel to feed it (otherwise it goes boom). Nitrous and E85 have no reactions anymore than nitrous and gasoline do. We use it on our 1G drag car to help the engine get up on the converter. Works good
