hey guys i have searched for a while and i am getting tired so i just figured just make a post anyway. i was thinking about switching over to e85 from pump gas in my evo it has everything built bottom end, head, aem, full blown double pumper, aeromotive fpr, buschur hta3582 cosworth m2 cams exedy clutch, the car made 538 on pump with a .63 housing now it has a .82, anyway i want to make mid to high 600 whp on high boost race what size injectors would i need i was thinking fic bluemax1600 i am selling my pte 1000cc injectors oh yea i have -8feed and -6 return lines on the car as well thanks guys.

 

Depending on the dyno, FIC bluemax 1550's should do it. Although you might want a little bigger just in case.

I had the 1450's up to 620 whp @ 36psi with blaqOps double pumper and ran out of injector around 640 whp on our Mustang dyno.

I would just get FIC2150s and be done with it. You have to fork out another $300, but it's more than worth it to know you will never need another set. Having said that I can hit about 530whp on 1150s so 1550 or 1650s would be more than enough for 600whp, but wouldn't leave too much headroom.
