E85 I cannot get rid of this knock.
#17
My current Knock sensor cal is as follows.
3200rpm = 1.13v
4000rpm = 1.48v
4800rpm = 1.82v
5600rpm = 2.19v
6400rpm = 2.48v
7200rpm = 2.75v
8000rpm = 3.09v
8800rpm = 3.30v
9600rpm = 3.52v
Is has been this way during the duration of my E85 tuning.
So the other big thing I found is that after about 8400rpm when the knock starts to get out of control, my battery voltage starts to drop.
8400rpm = 12.88v
8500rpm = 12.63v
8600rpm = 12.38v
8700rpm = 12.00v
8800rpm = 11.63v
8900rpm = 12.13v
8984rpm = 12.13v
3200rpm = 1.13v
4000rpm = 1.48v
4800rpm = 1.82v

I am not sure I understand the question.
When I installed the AEM, I went through the timing sync. So if my map says 18* of timing, then I am at 18* of timing.
I will check my timing aginst the light again tonight to see what I have going on. But I am sure it will show exactly what I am expecting. I normally check my timing at every oil change.
