emissions+e85 in CA
I know California is very strict on mods and emissions but if I were to switch over to E85 would that be considered "smog enhancing" and I would fail the visual inspection? I know on official gov't and e85 sites the Evo is listed on there as a vehicle that can be modified for E85.
For those that did have to go through smog with E85 did you have to change out anything such as injectors or would it be considered OK since it's being used for e85 (which I doubt). I have yet to smog my vehicle but I believe I have to get smog'd at the end of the year but from what I understand there aren't any AWD smog dynos in CA and all I have to pass is the visual and idle sniffer.
Tips appreciated.
Thanks!

Visual inspection on the injectors would fail for sure if it doesn't look stock. Most folks will try to make them look stock. Put the cat back on and you should pass easily, assuming you don't have other crazy mods (intake, bov's etc)
