It was tuned by a reputable tuner out here in Cali , your quite far from me.

Getting the car to "run" is not much. It's the little things like start ups and tip-ins that's an art only a few tuners have masterred.

Do you think it's not enough fuel givin at start up ? It's only with his E85 , on pump he starts up fine. Neext time i see him i'll let him know to contact you.

Too little fuel will also take a few cranks to start.

Either way all it will take is adjusting the Cranking IPW and/or Primer table slightly.
