STOP 38 cent/gal e85 tax!!!!!
First off....If this has been posted already could one of the Mods delete this thread? Also I'm posting this in the general section as I feel it applies to those who are or may want to run e85 or those who care about dependence on foreign oil or our environment.
If you do or would ever want to run e85 this is a super important topic. The alternative fuel tax credit is scheduled to expire at the end of this year and would raise our e85 38 cents per gallon. This would deter the main stream flex fuel vehicles from using it as it would put per gallon prices the same or possibly much higher than standard gasoline. This could very well mean much much less e85 consumption and thus the decline of availability not to mention how much more it's gonna cost us to run our favorite fuel. Please show your support to maintain the current alternative tax credit.

To my knowledge this has not been posted before.....
Even though I don't run e85.....yet....I went ahead and sent a letter as well. Kind of nice having a station that sells e85 just down the road from my house, I'd like to keep it that way when/if I get power hungry with the EVO.
