E100, what's the ideal afr?

Hi, i'm having the chance to source 99.9% pure ethanol here in Italy, so i'm thinking to swap to it from my actual fuel, normal e85. The car is a drag evo 6, 2.4lr with a borg warner s400 76 mm turbo, would i have real benefits in the change? My main concern is about afr on full load, on e85 i'm about 12.0 afr, is it correct also using e100 or i could go a little bit leaner? Any help would be much appreciated...
Thanks.

It's safe to run 12.5 afr's on e85. I would just tune for whatever makes the most power; whether it be 12.0 or 12.5.

Thank you very much for your answer, i will have some time for finishing the tune, second 2.3 block failed at 1090 whp, i think it's time for a 2.1 destroked with aluminium rods and this time 12:1 CR, not less......

As soon as I can get my car to the dyno I'm going to do some probing with afr's for maximum power on e85. I see a lot of talk about it but haven't seen much evidence.

Lol, you must not have looked very hard. Go to the alternative fuels section and soak it up.

I have read plenty, and tune plenty. The only evidence I've seen is virtual dyno logs, which mean nothing to me.

Be more careful of pre-ignition on E100, compared to E85.

MBT is your best friend.

i tested E90 vs E100 yesterday,
power increased but you shouldn't go past 12-11.9 afr, power dropped for me, 12 was my best part.

How are you getting 200-proof? That legally wouldn't even be considered a fuel here in the US.

You can buy 100% directly from ethanol plants, or you can make it yourself
