Injector scaling and latecy for different injectors.

Nope, no set point, just that its probably "too lean" when your cranking so you have to increase the latency value a little.
You'd be surprised, since these values "draw a curve" the values between are interpolated and are needed. But its a common problem, even when the engine is running and idling, things like engine load will shift the voltage a little, so all of those values need to be adjusted accordingly

I have these in a car right now and no matter what settings i try the darn things wont budge from -13 on the FuelTrim_Low & Middle but my o2FeedbackTrim hovers within -4/+4 at idle...I am even throwing a code...P0172 - System too rich (Bank 1)
Help a brother out!
CC - 860
Latencies are:
7.03 - 2.184
9.38 - 1.632
11.72 - 1.152
14.06 - 0.816
16.41 - 0.552
18.68 - 0.408

I have some PTE 780cc and by following this thread I would like to have some values as base numbers before fine tune the scaling and latencies.
I have plans to use the latencies from the table on page 2:
7v 9.4v 11.7v 14v 16.4v 18.6v
PTE780 2.186 1.369 0.895 0.610 0.419 0.290
What should I use for the Injector Scaling? 713?
Anyone with those dialed in mind to share the scaling and latencies?

I'm trying to figure out if the data I am getting is good or not.
I am logging
50 medium term trim in degrees
50 short term trim in degrees
.1 long term trim in degrees
the numbers are perfectly flat across the board as if they are from a dead sensor.
logging from the openport/logworks
I suppose I could flash a change and see if it has an effect.
it appears the 50% value is good and a good value.

Here are the numbers I am using for the PTE 780's, these are my own settings not from a tuner. Use at your own risk. I have some different settings I am working on currently and will post up how they work.
LTFT Low -3
LTFT Mid -2
O2 Feedback(STFT) +/-3
4 7 9 11 14 16 18
3.504 1.872 1.224 .960 .744 .552 .432
injector size = 680

yep .. that's why I understand ..
I use 680 scaling with a piggyback for 750cc.. and it gets richer as the rpm increases ..
Different equipment .. but the idea is still there ..
This is the JDM Evo injector latency
3.312
1.68
1.032
0.72
0.48
0.36
0.24
got this out from the ralliart ecu

Good! I used the 680 for the scaling and the AEM calculator for the latencies. It is fairly close. I may try your settings soon to compare the rsults.
How do you log your fuel trims? Any particular software? In Evoscan, I only got 100 for FuelTrim Mid and Low and 143.75 for FuelTrim High thru the entire colums.
They look like this:
Thanks for your response!

just what is the situation, if you have your afr where you want it does it matter if your not zeroed out on your trims?
I believe I logged a pair of 12 s for the trims with mitsulogger, when I tried to lower the scale the afr were so rich I stopped within a block and flashed back. it was in the tens at cruise

A lot of trial and error. You have to log, log, and then log some more. I have tried numerous different settings with the same injectors and got the fuel trims near 0. Just watch your fuel trims and adjust accordingly. I have tried settings that worked on other peoples cars, but was **** on mine.
