Is there a cutoff voltage that I don't want to go over? I'm not looking to push the envelope with my tuning, I just want to do some mild changes and check the safety.

I have been logging daily and I can tell you that there have not been two logs that are alike either with timing or with AFR. While a lot of the logs did not have pulled timing, some did. And I had my car professionally tuned by Tuning Technologies and the tune was conservative with 11:1 and tapering to 10.9-10.8 by redline.

and like you said, 11.1 is a conservative tune on 91 octane. well i am looking for a agressive tune on 93. i dont daily log my a/f, but i have logged it over 10 times within the last 2 months.

2. Running 9 degrees of timing at peak boost on pump gas is just too much IMO. The highest likelihood of knock happens at peak boost/peak torque situations. Almost all the logs that I have seen pull timing to 3-4 degrees at peak boost.

I think ECU flash doesn't log o2 correctly. you have add 0.1 to your reading to be the same with my DSM logger reading.
And, water temperature wasn't correct either. you have to do subtact -10 to be the same range.
