Locked out of my ECU

It's not that you are locked out, it's that you do not have the proper XML for this rom (with is a 99860002). Attached is all the info I could find about this rom, but I would switch to a different rom as this fuel maps aren't well defined. Take the attached file, remove the .txt suffix and replace with .xml and then save this new XML in you Rom Data folder for EcuFlash.
If this doesn't make sense, please let me know.
Also, I would highly suggest switching to a 90550001 rom and I can help you with that if you'd like, but I would need more information. Hope this helps!

Hey guys I have a 2003 Evo 8 and for some reason I can't read it anymore. The only thing I did was change the battery of the car to a brand new one. Even with unlocker started I still can't read or write to my ecu via ecuflash. Any help will be appreciated
