well 35 pages of information and speculation. post 498 looks promising and I will try it later today. HOWEVER, it has been so long since the thread was active, if anyone cares to summarize and share a true fix, assuming was has been discovered, you would be helping a lot of us out.

Anyone have any news?
I have been told it's the iacv, and that the throttle cable tends to "stick" at higher temps, so I'll be cleaning and lubing it this weekend to see if it helps, and installing a TB cooler to keep the temps down for the IACV. If it still doesn't help, then I'll adjust idle values (again), and the BISS via evoscan actuator, then as a last resort I'll pull the IACV off and soak it in TB cleaner and inspect for wear/damage.
This idle hang became a constant issue after installing the 501 MAF on a 4g94 with g93 cam, but was there with the stock MAF on the stock motor (but was a pulsating RPM under engine brake conditions...would go from 700-1500rpm like 5-10 times, like my motor was spazzing out).
